1) Colorado resident, junior or senior vocational agricultural education major 2) Basis: need, academics, interest in teaching, leadership 3) If no eligible undergraduate will consider a graduate student who has completed 3+ years of vocational agricultural education teaching and wishes to pursue a graduate degree in this field 4) Graduate student must be US Citizen but does not need to be Colorado Resident. (May be renewable if student meets all criteria, reapplies and is selected by scholarship committee)
