1) Full-time graduate or undergraduate freshman or transfer student 2) Major in or express intention to major in Agriculture, Agricultural Finance, Agricultural Business or closely related field 3) Interest in career in Agricultural Finance related field 4) Be a member of a Farm Credit System entity or relative of a Farm Credit System entity member 5) At application time be resident or high school graduate of one of the states served by the U.S. AgBank District – KS, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, NV, CA, HI, ID, or WY 6) Financial need may be used as a deciding criterion (Past recipients of the scholarship are eligible to reapply and receive the scholarship provided the criteria outlined in 1-5 are met)
