  1. Please provide a 1-2 page research proposal or outline for research you plan to conduct under the mentorship of a CSU faculty member. In accepting the fellowship, the student agrees to complete the research project proposed in the application.
  2. Two letters of recommendation are required to be considered for this scholarship. Please provide contact information for letter #1. At least one letter must be from a professor in either the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology or the Department of Biology stating their willingness to mentor the student through their research. Letter must be submitted by March 1, 11:00 p.m. (MST) and it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that the letter is uploaded by this deadline. Be advised to give your letter writer sufficient time to write and upload a letter. PDF format is preferred.
