ATTACK PACK SCHOLARSHIP

1) Junior or senior majoring in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in health promotion 2) Maintain an overall 3.0 GPA 3) Demonstrate volunteer service in health promotion, which may include, but is not limited to, practicum experiences for credit, with preferable evidence of volunteer service in and/or career plans for cardiac rehabilitation 4) Provide letter of recommendation from a supervisor at a practicum or volunteer site
