1) Enrolled in the Professional Veterinary Medical Program within the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences 2) Be a third or fourth year student in good academic standing 3) Be a current or former resident of Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Wyoming, Nevada or New Mexico 4) Demonstrate an interest in practicing in small animal medicine 5) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services of CSU
