1) Full-time student pursuing a program of study that will lead to a career that promotes and assists the general public welfare (includes but is not limited to curriculums in education, criminal justice, health care, and various areas of science) 2) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services at CSU 3) Maintain an overall 3.0 GPA (Scholarship shall be renewable if recipient(s) maintain eligibility)
