1) Masters or Ph.D. student accepted or enrolled in Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology 2) Demonstrated superior academic achievement at CSU or other accredited colleges or universities 3) Participating in and/or focusing on research related to wildlife or fish habitat issues, conservation, biology or management
