1) Enrolled to attend the Pingree Park summer program within the Warner College of Natural Resources at Colorado State University 2) Preference to an outstanding Human Dimensions of Natural Resources major 3) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Financial Aid at CSU AND/OR demonstrate extenuating financial need 4) All other factors being equal, preference shall be given to the son or daughter of an active duty or retired member, or a veteran of the United States Armed Forces
