1) First year graduate student in the College of Engineering at Colorado State University pursuing studies in the area of alternative energy, clean energy, new fuel sources, or renewable energy sources 2) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services of CSU 3) Maintain an overall 3.0 GPA
