LOWELL H. AND VERNA K. WATTS 4-H SCHOLARSHIP

1) Full-time student in degree seeking program at CSU 2) Have completed five or more years of 4-H project work 3) Be accepted, by the time of the award, to a program or experiential learning opportunity related to international development 4) Maintain a cumulative 2.5 GPA 5) Be in good disciplinary standing at time of application and maintain good standing to receive scholarship monies 6) Report the learning acquired through their international experiences to 4-H audiences upon program completion (i.e. presentations at Colorado State 4-H Conference and state, county, or 4-H Club happenings) 7) For preferences see comment section
