REISHER SCHOLARSHIP for TRANSFER STUDENTS
Reisher Scholarship Mission
The Reisher Scholars Program awards scholarships to Colorado students based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit. The program seeks to help promising Colorado students earn their undergraduate degrees without incurring additional educational debt. The Reisher Scholars Program is unique in that it focuses on rising college sophomores and transfer students from community colleges who have already demonstrated academic and leadership potential as undergraduates. - Applicants must be classified by CSU as a Colorado resident
- Applicants must be “junior” status by credit from a community college by the following Fall semester
- Applicants must be eligible for the Pell Grant (Maximum, Minimum, or Calculated) or demonstrate unmet financial need while having a household adjusted gross income less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
- Applicants must have a plan to graduate within two years of receiving scholarship
- Applicants must have (and maintain) a 3.0 cumulative GPA
If you do not meet one or more of the requirements listed above, your application may not be considered for the Reisher Scholarship

- Reisher scholars are academically driven and required to maintain a 3.0 GPA. What motivates you to succeed academically? What strategies do you use to achieve academic success?

- Reisher values strong moral character among its scholars. What are your values? How do you exhibit these values in your life?
- If applicable, what is the name of the most recent college/community college from which you will transfer to Colorado State University:
- How many credits do you expect to transfer to Colorado State University from all institutions previously attended (your best estimate is sufficient)?
- Provide the name(s) and date(s) of attendance (month/year to month/year) of all post-secondary institutions you have attended, including any you are currently attending.
- Please work with a CSU academic advisor to create a graduation plan that outlines the classes you will need to take for the remainder of your time at CSU. Upload your graduation plan here. If you do not have a graduation plan upon submitting your application, proceed with submitting your application without a graduation plan and continue to attain a graduation plan from your advisor to submit at a later date.
