1) Undergraduate enrolled in the Department of Mechanical Engineering within the Walter Scott College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services 3) Maintain an overall 3.5 GPA (May be renewable if the recipients continue to meet all criteria and are selected by the scholarship committee
