1) Graduate students enrolled in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering within the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) Enrolled in a program with specialization in Hydrology or Water Resources 3) maintain a cumulative 3.5 GPA 4) Preference shall be given to PH.D. students whose research is focused in water-atmosphere interactions or ecohydrology and/or express interest in an academic career
