DON AND LORRAINE FREEBERG FOUNDATION VETERANS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

1) Full-time undergraduate OR graduate student enrolled in Construction Management, Health and Exercise Science, OR Food Science and Human Nutrition within the College of Health and Human Sciences at Colorado State University 2) Honorably or medically discharged veteran from the United States military 3) Undergraduate applicants must have academic standing as a sophomore or higher to show commitment to major/discipline 4) Minimum 3.0 GPA 5) Preference for students studying Fermentation Science and Technology in the Food Science and Human Nutrition discipline 6) Preference for student veterans who are within two semesters of degree completion and may be running low on Veterans Administration educational benefits 7) Preference to student veterans who are participating in veteran services at CSU (e.g., already engaged with New Start for Student Veterans, Adult Learner and Veterans Services (ALVS), veteran focused student clubs, etc.) (The scholarship can be renewable. If student-veterans continue to meet the scholarship requirements and choose to re-apply, they may be selected multiple years in a row.
