BILL and BARBARA HOLTHAUS SCHOLARSHIP

1) Colorado 4-H member in good standing 2) Completion of three or more years of 4-H work prior to the current year 3) Plans to attend full time to a four-year college/university within the state of Colorado 4) Selection based on following: leadership/citizenship (in 4-H, school, and community), 4-H achievement, scholarship potential with a 2.5 GPA or higher
