1) Full-time undergraduate student in the College of Business 2) Major in Real Estate 3) Sophomore, junior or senior class level 4) Cumulative GPA must be 3.0 or greater 5) Active in real estate club and have a stated interest in residential real estate 6) All else being equal preference should be given to student with the most demonstrated need
