National Academy for Nuclear Training Scholarship Program

*U.S. citizen or U.S. national
*Enrolled full-time(minimum of twelve hours) at accredited four-year U.S. college/university
*Minimum 3.0 (B) GPA
*At least one, but no more than three academic years of study remaining to graduation (for co-operative education students, no more than six in-school semesters or nine quarters)
*Majoring in an approved curriculum: nuclear engineering, chemical engineering (with nuclear or power option), electrical or mechanical engineering, power generation health-physics
*Free of post-college obligations (e.g., ROTC or NUPOC) or active military service
*Preference given to students demonstrating preparation for careers in the U.S. nuclear power industry
*For safety, security, & other considerations, the nuclear power industry adheres to a strict fitness-for-duty policy that provides a working environment free from the effects of alcohol or drug abuse. All employees must comply with this policy.
*Submit complete package to your school engineering dept. by 1/24/14. Schools mail applications by 2/1/14 to the above address.
