1) Full time new incoming or transfer undergraduate student in a degree program in any college at Colorado State University 2) First generation student (neither parent or student has received a bachelor’s or graduate degree) 3) Demonstrate potential for academic success 4) Demonstrate financial need as established by the office of Financial Aid 5) Attended a Colorado high school for at least three years and graduated form a Colorado high school
