1) Full-time Sophomore enrolled in Mechanical Engineering in the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) Min. 2.8 GPA 3) Financial need 4) US Citizen 5) Resident of Colorado and have graduated from a high school in Colorado 6) Provide a list of work related experience as well as a non-academic student activities, and awards received 7) Preference to students who graduated from high school in Yuma County, Colorado 8) Preference to students who have participated in non-academic student activities (Students awarded the scholarship as sophomores, may renew the scholarship for an additional three academic years, provided they continue to meet all criteria)
