1) Full-time graduate student in College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences 2) Must be a Professional Veterinary Medical student 3) Third year class level (student who will begin their fourth year in the fall) 4) Financial need 5) Must be a U.S. citizen 6) Must be a continuous SCAVMA or SAVMA member
