1) Undergraduate or graduate students 2) Any major, any college 3) Must maintain a cumulative 2.5 GPA 4) Financial need 5) Must be a Colorado resident with preference to applicant from rural Colorado 6) Letters of recommendation from applicant’s teachers (high school or college) and applicant’s statement documenting hunger for knowledge 7) Outgoing, giving, spirit 8) Proven interest in learning and how education will allow the applicant to make a difference in the world
