Gilman International Scholarship

*Is applying to or has been accepted into a study abroad program eligible for credit by the student’s institution of higher education in the US.
*Receiving a Federal Pell Grant at the time of application or provide proof that he/she will be receiving a Pell Grant during the term of study abroad.
*Will be studying abroad for at least four weeks in one country.
*Studying abroad in a country not currently under a U.S. Department of State Travel Warning or in Cuba.
*The Spring 2014 application cycle is for study abroad programs beginning between December 15, 2013 and April 15, 2014. This cycle encompasses spring semester, quarter, calendar year, winter inter-session and January term programs that are a minimum of four weeks in length
*The Fall 2014 application cycle is for programs beginning between July 15 and October 01, 2013. This cycle encompasses fall semester, quarter, academic year programs that are a minimum of four weeks in length.
*The Summer 2014 application cycle is for programs beginning between May 1, 2014 and August 1, 2014 that are a minimum of four weeks in length.
