1) Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student 2) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services of CSU 3) Maintain an overall 3.0 GPA 4) Demonstrate participation in community and/or civic activities (Scholarship shall be renewable if the recipient continues to meet all required criteria)
