Ford Foundation Diversity Fellowships

*Ford Foundation Diversity Fellowships are designed to increase the diversity of the nation’s college and university faculties by increasing their ethnic and racial diversity, to maximize the educational benefits of diversity, and to increase the number of professors who can and will use diversity as a resource for enriching the education of all students.
*U.S. citizen or national planning a career in teaching and research at the college or university level.
*Three separate fellowships for minorities: Ford Foundation Predoctoral Fellowships for Minorities, Ford Foundation Dissertation Fellowships for Minorities, & Ford Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowships for Minorities
*Predoctoral: Approximately 40; $20,000 per year for up to three years
*Dissertation: Approximately 20; $21,000 for one year
*Postdoctoral: Approximately 18; $40,000 for one year
*Application deadline dependent on fellowship.
*All awardees have expenses paid to attend 1 Conference of Ford Fellows.
