1) Full-time undergraduate student in College of Agricultural Sciences 2) Overall 2.0 GPA 3) Primary preference towards transfer student from Lamar Community College (LCC) 4) Secondary preference towards entering freshmen from the following CO counties: Baca, Bent, Cheyenne, Crowley, Kiowa, Las Animas, Otero, or Prowers County 5) Default criteria, should no student qualify, may include student from above mentioned counties in any grade level
