American Indian Services Scholarship

*Enrollment in an accredited university, college, junior college or technical school
*Undergraduate student with no more than 150 semester hours or 210 quarter credits at the time of application
*Minimum cum. GPA of 2.25
*Full-time and part-time students; excluding non-credit courses. Full-time status is 12+ credits (semester) & 6+ credits (term). Part-time status is 6+ credits (semester) & 3+ credits (term)
*Proof of Indian heritage—these can be copies of the original: Certificate of Indian Blood; other official document; parent/grandparent official document
*Must turn in a tuition billing statement for the semester he/she is applying for. Statement needs to include number of credit hours, full-time/part-time status, semester attending, year in school, & tuition billing amount for the semester/term for which you are applying
*Must turn in a current official transcript. High school transcripts accepted only for students applying for their first semester of college
