1) Undergraduate degree seeking student of senior standing in any major at Colorado State University 2) Enrolled as a Resident Instruction (RI) student of a minimum of half time status 3) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services of Colorado State University and by submitting a description and explanation of financial need 4) Maintain a minimum cumulative 2.7 GPA
