1) Full-time freshman in an undergraduate program 2) First generation student, first in his/her family to attend college and to earn a bachelor’s degree 3) Potential to contribute to campus community at Colorado State University 4) Evidence of leadership abilities and potential for academic success 5) Low-income student who demonstrates great financial need (may be renewable in the sophomore, junior and senior years if the recipient re-applies and continues to fulfill the criteria)
