1) Incoming graduate student in the College of Engineering 2) Demonstrated academic excellence in previous academic experiences 3) Have clear potential to enhance the College’s research and teaching programs 4) Recipient of a graduate assistantship or other competitive graduate fellowship (such as Fulbright, NASA, EPA), in addition to this Funds’s fellowship (Each fellowship is renewable at the discretion of the selection committee)
