1) Watershed Science graduate student enrolled in Earth Resources 2) Academic good standing, maintaining a 3.0+ GPA 3) Financial Need 4) Demonstrated leadership potential by membership and activities in student organizations and community groups (If there are no graduate applicants meeting the above criteria, the scholarship may be awarded to an undergraduate student meeting the criteria)
